Earlier this week on a cool rainy November night, I was whipping up a little
Barefoot Contessa roasted chicken and
caramelized butternut squash (truly divine!) and began thinking about the bountiful produce of the season, the sparkling star of course being the pumpkin. Ah, the pumpkin - rich in all its orange glory, this versatile little gourd has inspired so many gorgeous fall recipes, a few of which I'm delighted to share with you all. Perhaps some pumpkin cinnamon rolls are in order this Thanksgiving!
