My favorite time of year, spring often brings with it a breeze of luncheons, from showers to charity events to girlfriends getting together to catch up over a casual bite in the garden. Spring also brings fresh, sweet produce ripe for picking, and so of course while enjoying some lovely asparagus the other evening I became inspired! A perfect spring lunch for ladies (and gents!), here is a menu featuring refreshing iced tea, a crisp salad, and sweet raspberry kissed dessert.
